When will my order be shipped?
As soon as orders are shipped we will provide you with a tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment. Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. On occasion some products may be back-ordered resulting in a few extra days for shipments.
(note: orders placed before 11:30 am EST Monday-Friday are considered same day, anything after will be processed next business day.)
If your order is of an urgent nature please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can evaluate options to help you receive it upon requested date.
When will I receive my orders?
Once an order is processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number with updated information on your order’s expected arrival. If you need to receive an order by a specific date, please contact us so we can ensure a shipping option is selected that will arrive in time.
How much will shipping cost?
All shipping costs are provided on the cart checkout page. All orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping anywhere in Canada.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Any orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping within Canada.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can verify the status of your order. Please note that if your order is being processed to be shipped the same business day we will be unable to cancel your order.
What if I refuse delivery or provide an incorrect address?
If you refuse delivery or provide an incorrect address and your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Can orders be made to the United States?
Orders can be made to the United States, however any costs of tariffs or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Due to trade agreements with the following brands, we are unable to ship any of their products outside of Canada. If you attempt to order one of these brands and have it shipped outside the US, we will contact you and cancel the order:
Can orders be made outside of North America?
Absolutely! If you don’t live in Canada or the United States, simply email us at email@example.com, listing the products you want and your full address, and we’ll get back to you with some available shipping options.
Is free shipping offered on international orders?
Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping on orders outside of Canada.
Will I be charged for sales taxes on my order?
Yes, all Canadian orders are subject to the applicable GST/HST tax rates in the province of which the order is being shipped to.
Do I have to pay customs, duties, or tariffs?
Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties, and/or tariffs, however these costs are not included in shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery of goods.
What is your return policy?
As long as items are returned in original condition (see Return Guideline below) you’ve got 60 days from your original delivery date to return them. All returns must be received within 60 days to be accepted. In order to make a return simply follow these simple steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, along with your reason for returning them.
- Pack any item(s) (along with any tags and packaging) up that you wish to return.
- Provided option of emailing you a pre-paid shipping label to our return address. Or purchase this yourself at your local post office or courier.
- Throw it in the mail.
- Upon receiving your return, we will provide a refund within seven days for your returned item(s) provided that it includes all tags and packaging and is in the original condition you received it in. Should you choose to receive a pre-paid shipping label from us, this cost will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
What items can be returned?
In order to be refunded, all items returned must be received in re-sellable condition. Before returning your items please ask yourself: Do you consider this item to be brand new in it's returned condition and re-sellable?
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- All original tags and packaging must be included with your return and in their original condition. All products must be sent back in secondary packaging to avoid damage to product packaging.
- Returned items must be free of marks, scratches, scuffs or any other defects from obvious wear.
The following items are considered final-sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons:
Can I exchange an item?
If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, style, or something new altogether, simply follow the same process for returning items, while also providing us with the items you’d like your return to be exchanged for in your initial email.
Will I be charged for shipping on items that are returned?
The costs of shipping on returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless items are being returned because of a mistake in the items that were shipped. If the items you receive are incorrect in any way, we will gladly cover any shipping costs incurred to return the items.
What is your waranty policy?
At Koalalogic we stand behind all our products, so if you come across any issues with the product being damaged within its warranty period we’ll be happy to replace it for you. Warranty coverage and length will vary between manufacturers and products, but we’re always here to help resolve any product issues you have.
Do you match prices of competitors?
Yes. At Koala Logic it’s our goal to offer Canadians the lowest price possible. If you find a lower advertised final price to Canada, send us an email at email@example.com, and we’ll match it. In order for us to match a price, the following criteria must be met:
- The products must be the same year, size, colour, condition, and in stock on both websites.
- Product’s final price must be lower, including all shipping costs, taxes and duties.
- Products must be sold by a licensed online retailer, who buys directly from the manufacturer.
- Products are not being sold on an auction style website, One Deal at a Time (ODAT) website, and/or Deal of the Day (DOTD) website.
Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
Absolutely! If an item goes on sale within 30 days of the date you purchased it, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know so we can credit the difference. This will only apply to items purchased within 30 days, and only if we still have the same size and colour of the item you purchased remaining in stock. This policy does not include limited time sales like Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day.
What form of payments do you accept?
Koalalogic.ca accepts payments from: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Can I combine coupons or promotional codes?
Unless otherwise specified, coupon codes and promotional codes cannot be combined. If more than one code is entered, the code resulting in the largest discount will be applied only.
